Brioche rolls served with our slow smoked house spice rubbed lean brisket topped with house bbq sauce, cheddar cheese sauce, roasted jalapeños, and our chipotle aioli spread. Apple Pork Burger

Our artisan brioche rolls piled with real wood smoked, house-spice-rubbed, smokey pulled pork drizzled with our apple honey butter and finished with smoked granny apple slices, and melty gouda cheese. Another one of the fan favorites from The Smokey Bone Shop, and chef’s personal favorite sandwich on the menu!

Boneless Rib Hoagie

Our smokey baby back ribs deboned and served on a homemade hoagie roll with red onion, bbq sauce, pickles, and dijon coleslaw.
