Private property birthday parties are very common and any of our services that we offer can be used for your special birthday party.

Quinceneras

We love working these as Chef Chris is an Arizona native, and while Italian cuisine is his own culture and specialty, his passion for authentic southwestern food is legit.

Corporate Holiday Events

All of our offerings can be used for your corporate party including passed hors d’oeuvres and bar service.

From the popular nicely decorated buffet, to sit down plated dinners and our newest fusion buffet plated option, we have 16 years experience in providing your guests with a memorable dinner experience.

Many of our brides and grooms today are opting for community club house or private property weddings of the less formal kind. We have affordable options for full service, or partial service for your casual wedding.

Facilities

While we have a few facilities that we are preferred vendors, we are capable of and hold all the requirements to work at any facility. Ask us about special facilities that we commonly work with.

Custom Packages

We can customize your wedding catering package to fit your needs and budget. We additionally have a veteran event coordinator on board if you would like a one stop shop with us.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the entire East Valley and greater Phoenix area, including Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, and Scottsdale.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance. For quicker service: 24 hours notice for lunch catering and 72 hours for full-service events.

Can you accommodate last-minute bookings?

Yes. 24 hours notice for lunch catering and 72 hours for full-service, depending on availability.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on your menu selections, guest count, service type, and event logistics.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date.

When is the final payment due?

Final payment is due 5 days before your event date.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, checks, and ACH transfers.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may forfeit the deposit.

What happens if there’s bad weather or an emergency?

We’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust plans based on the situation.

Do you provide refunds?

Refunds are available based on the cancellation policy and timing of the cancellation.
